1. The software

KubeDrive is a desktop client for Kubernetes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on your devices under the plan you have: Free, a trial, Pro or Team.

2. Your clusters and your responsibility

KubeDrive acts on your clusters with your credentials and only when you tell it to. You are responsible for the actions you take, such as editing, scaling or deleting resources. Use protected clusters and review changes before you apply them.

3. Accounts

You need an account for Pro and the trial. Keep access to your email address secure: it is how you sign in. One account is for one person.

4. Purchases

KubeDrive Pro is sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller and merchant of record, whose buyer terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the licensing, share license tokens or keys, or use KubeDrive to access systems you are not allowed to access.

6. Changes and availability

We may change features and these terms; we will announce material changes in the changelog or by email. The app keeps working without our servers; a paid license works for 14 days without a connection.

7. Warranty and liability

KubeDrive is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or downtime of your clusters. [LIABILITY CAP AND CONSUMER-LAW CARVE-OUTS].
